To, kter\u00e9 metriky se rozhodnete sledovat je zcela na V\u00e1s. Je v\u0161ak n\u011bkolik z\u00e1kladn\u00edch, kter\u00e9 byste m\u011bli sledovat v\u017edy. Uk\u00e1\u017eeme si, kter\u00e9 si zaslou\u017e\u00ed Va\u0161i pozornost.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed metriky<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Zobrazen\u00ed<\/strong> &#8211; tato metrika sleduje, jak \u010dasto se Va\u0161e reklama zobrazuje. Zobrazen\u00ed se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 v\u017edy, kdy\u017e se Va\u0161e reklama zobraz\u00ed na str\u00e1nce s v\u00fdsledky vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nebo v r\u00e1mci obsahov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b Google. Tuto metriku se vyplat\u00ed sledovat, proto\u017ee bez zobrazen\u00ed, Va\u0161i reklamu nikdo neuvid\u00ed a nebude na ni moci kliknout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prokliky<\/strong> &#8211; n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, kolikr\u00e1t se u\u017eivatel\u00e9 proklikli na V\u00e1\u0161 web pomoc\u00ed vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 reklamy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00edra prokliku (CTR)<\/strong> &#8211; tato metrika se vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 z p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fdch dvou metrik, tedy zobrazen\u00ed a samotn\u00fdch proklik\u016f. Ud\u00e1v\u00e1, v jak\u00e9m procentu u\u017eivatel\u00e9 kliknou na reklamu, kdy\u017e se jim zobraz\u00ed. M\u00edru prokliku lze snadno vypo\u010d\u00edtat tak, \u017ee po\u010det kliknut\u00ed vyd\u011bl\u00edme po\u010dtem zobrazen\u00ed. V\u00fd\u0161e jsem psal, \u017ee dan\u00e1 metrika se ud\u00e1v\u00e1 v procentech, tak\u017ee z\u00edskan\u00fd v\u00fdsledek je\u0161t\u011b vyn\u00e1sob\u00edme stem. Uka\u017eme si cel\u00fd proces na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladu. Dejme tomu, \u017ee jste z reklamy z\u00edskali 100 kliknut\u00ed a 2000 zobrazen\u00ed. V\u00fdpo\u010det je n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: <em>CTR = (100 proklik\u016f\/2000 zobrazen\u00ed) * 100 = 5 %<\/em><strong>. <\/strong>V tomto konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je m\u00edra prokliku Va\u0161\u00ed reklamy 5 %. To je sice hezk\u00e1 v\u011bc, ale k \u010demu je to dobr\u00e9? A pro\u010d bychom tuto metriku m\u011bli bedliv\u011b sledovat? D\u016fvod\u016f je n\u011bkolik:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 polo\u017eka v Google Ads m\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed CTR. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edra prokliku, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe. Vysok\u00e1 m\u00edra prokliku sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o tom, \u017ee vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 reklamy jsou pro u\u017eivatele vysoce relevantn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00edra prokliku ovliv\u0148uje tak\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1vanou m\u00edru prokliku kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho slova. O\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 m\u00edra prokliku je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed reklamy.<\/li>\n<li>Z v\u00fd\u0161e napsan\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee pomoc\u00ed t\u00e9to metriky lze m\u011b\u0159it (ne)\u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost kampan\u00ed, reklamn\u00edch sestav, reklam i kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch slov. N\u00edzk\u00e1 m\u00edra prokliku nazna\u010duje probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd je nutno urychlen\u011b odstranit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cena za proklik (CPC) &#8211; <\/strong>n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, kolik jsme pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b zaplatili za proklik. Nastaven\u00edm maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed ceny prokliku, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te inzertn\u00edmu syst\u00e9mu Google, jak\u00e1 je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stka, kterou jste ochotni za proklik utratit. I tuto metriku lze snadno matematicky spo\u010d\u00edtat tak, \u017ee celkovou \u010d\u00e1stku, kterou jste za prokliky utratili, vyd\u011bl\u00edte po\u010dtem kliknut\u00ed. Dejme tomu, \u017ee jste celkem za prokliky utratili 1200 K\u010d a dos\u00e1hli jsme 400 kliknut\u00ed. Z toho logicky vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee va\u0161e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena za kliknut\u00ed byla 3 K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Konverzn\u00ed pom\u011br<\/strong> &#8211; n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, kolik lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed zav\u00edtali na n\u00e1\u0161 web, u\u010dinilo konverzi. Tato metrika se uv\u00e1d\u00ed op\u011bt v procentech. Tak, jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech, lze metriku matematicky spo\u010d\u00edtat. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad zaznamen\u00e1te 100 konverz\u00ed a 2000 kliknut\u00ed, bude V\u00e1\u0161 konverzn\u00ed pom\u011br 5 %. Konverzn\u00ed pom\u011br se vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 vyd\u011blen\u00edm po\u010dtu konverz\u00ed po\u010dtem kliknut\u00ed. Nakonec op\u011bt vyn\u00e1sob\u00edte stem, abyste z\u00edskali \u00fadaje v procentech.<em> Konverzn\u00ed pom\u011br = (100 konverz\u00ed\/2000 proklik\u016f)*100 = 5 %<\/em><strong>. <\/strong>Jedn\u00e1 se o d\u016fle\u017eitou metriku, kter\u00e1 ukazuje, zda a jak moc se n\u00e1m zvolen\u00e1 strategie (ne)vypl\u00e1c\u00ed. Dobr\u00e1 m\u00edra konverze se pohybuje okolo 3 % a v\u00fd\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>S konverzn\u00edm pom\u011brem souvis\u00ed i <strong>cena za konverzi (CPA)<\/strong>. Jak u\u017e z n\u00e1zvu metriky vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 je to cena, kterou za konverzi zaplat\u00edte. Tedy jsou to finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky, kter\u00e9 byly vynalo\u017eeny na z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed konverze. Jak jste ur\u010dit\u011b ji\u017e spr\u00e1vn\u011b vytu\u0161ili, i tato metrika m\u00e1 jednoduch\u00fd matematick\u00fd v\u00fdpo\u010det. <em>Jedn\u00e1 se o vyd\u011blen\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f po\u010dtem konverz\u00ed.<\/em> \u0158ekn\u011bme, \u017ee jste za prokliky utratili 5000 K\u010d a z\u00edskali za n\u011b 50 konverz\u00ed. Tedy V\u00e1s jedna konverze st\u00e1la 100 K\u010d. P\u0159i spr\u00e1v\u011b sv\u00fdch kampan\u00ed se v\u017edy sna\u017ete o to, aby cena za konverzi byla ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e hodnota konverze. Respektive se sna\u017ete o to, aby cena za konverzi byla ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je mar\u017ee dan\u00e9ho produktu. N\u00edzk\u00e1 cena za konverzi p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed dobrou n\u00e1vratnost Va\u0161ich investic a reklama se V\u00e1m vypl\u00e1c\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jak p\u0159idat jednotliv\u00e9 sloupce do p\u0159ehledu?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ob\u010das se V\u00e1m stane, \u017ee budete pot\u0159ebovat zobrazit metriku, kter\u00e1 v p\u0159ehledu nen\u00ed. Jednotliv\u00e9 sloupce m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159id\u00e1vat, odeb\u00edrat nebo p\u0159eskupovat jejich po\u0159ad\u00ed dle libov\u016fle a vytvo\u0159it si tak p\u0159ehled, kter\u00fd bude nejv\u00edce odpov\u00eddat Va\u0161im pot\u0159eb\u00e1m. Tato metrika nen\u00ed standardn\u011b dostupn\u00e1, ale m\u016f\u017eeme si vytvo\u0159it vlastn\u00ed metriky. Jak jsem psal v\u00fd\u0161e, jednotliv\u00e9 metriky jsou rozd\u011bleny do kategori\u00ed. Jednou z nich je i kategorie \u201cvlastn\u00ed sloupce\u201d, kde m\u016f\u017eeme definovat libovolnou metriku. Uvedeno na p\u0159\u00edkladu. Pokud vlo\u017e\u00edm do reklamy 1000 K\u010d a v\u00fdnos z n\u00ed je 5000 K\u010d, bude moje PNO rovno 0,2. Pro lep\u0161\u00ed srozumitelnost se dan\u00e1 metrika op\u011bt uv\u00e1d\u00ed v procentech, tak\u017ee zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd v\u00fdsledek mus\u00edme op\u011bt vyn\u00e1sobit stem.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kter\u00e9 sloupce stoj\u00ed za to p\u0159idat?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Odpov\u011b\u010f na tuto ot\u00e1zku u\u017e nech\u00e1v\u00e1m na ka\u017ed\u00e9m z V\u00e1s, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd bude pou\u017e\u00edvat trochu jin\u00e9 metriky, kter\u00e9 pro n\u011bj budou u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9 metriky se rovn\u011b\u017e vyplat\u00ed sledovat. Doporu\u010duji si proj\u00edt v\u0161echny dostupn\u00e9 metriky a vybrat ty, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m p\u0159inesou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed u\u017eitek.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sk\u00f3re kvality jednotliv\u00fdch kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch slov<\/strong> &#8211; D\u00edky t\u00e9to metrice se rychle dozv\u00edte sk\u00f3re kvality jednotliv\u00fdch kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch slov.
